In History, year 3 have been learning about the Ancient Egyptians. We mummified tomatoes to help us relate to the Egyptian mummification process.

Before writing free-verse nature poems in English, year 3 enjoyed a nature walk through the school grounds. What could we hear, see, feel, taste and smell?

We have had a wonderful start to the year, with lots of exciting activities in Year 4.

We have explored our school forest area and discovered what lives in our trees!  We have also investigated different toothbrushes to find out whether the firmness of the bristles increases the speed of cleaning.  We spent a lovely afternoon celebrating the Feast Day of Saint Francis, including a liturgy in which we blessed our pets.
