Year 3

In Maths, we have been learning about perimeters. We went outside onto the school playground and calculated the perimeters of different areas with a partner. It was fun!

As part of our Design and Technology project, the children were set the challenge of designing and creating castles, which included key features such as turrets, battlements and a drawbridge.

In computing, we worked in pairs to create video animations and developed our framing, sequencing and onion skimming techniques.

Year 4

Year 4 have enjoyed learning about electricity in Science.  They have drawn and created electrical circuits and used them to investigate which materials conduct and insulate electricity.  Everyone had lots of fun and learnt lots of new facts about electricity!
